Another year.

Another year will be passing soon..... and a uncle on the taxi called me Uncle my my......

It was said "you gain some and you lose some", i'm starting to see it as year passes by that...

"You gain some and you lose some, if you choose to gain and not lose, at the end of the day you will lose yourself".



About Leadership: (By my elder brother)

I believe there are many kind of leaders around. Many of them have different values when it come to leadership. But for me i believe the best leader is one that work best with his people as stated below.

"A good leader is not how well he work with the best people, but how he work with people to bring out the best in them. He may not be the best, but to his people, he is."



About determination:

Many a times, we start something and we never end what we started. We gave up along the way. Ask yourself just one question, "How many times have you finish what you started?"

A little walk in TOWN.

I've been noticing people around, how they work and stuff. Its interesting really, we see foreign workers working at the construction sites, painting our HDB walls and cleaning the rubbish chute, but we have never really appreciate what the little things people are doing that make the world better for us. People always do something great and get recognised. But they never realise, even the little thing they do, they are actually making a difference.

Then another thing really surprised me, was walking along the shops and came to notice this two couples, the husband is pushing his wife who is on the wheelchair. Why is it special? Its because the wife lost both her arms and legs. I wrote about this because, we the new generation are very different now. How many will actually stay if such things ever happen to the one they love? I would say for now, i think not many.
